Boxercise For Kids Online Course

The Boxercise for Kids course is open to Registered Boxercise Instructor.  The course explains the many adaptations necessary to teach a Boxercise Class to children, or to integrate children into your class. You will learn child protection considerations, children's anatomy and physiology, class adaptations and structure for each Key Stage and most importantly how to make it FUN! Adults enjoy the fun element too, allowing both to work together in the same class with a suitably trained Boxercise Instructor.

If you are not already a Registered Boxercise Instructor you will need to attend the Boxercise Instructor Course before you can register for this course.

The Boxercise For Kids course consists of 4 modules and an online Test Paper

On successful completion of the Boxercise For Kids Online Training course, you will receive a confirmation email and the Boxercise For Kids qualification will be added to your certificate within 2 weeks of completing the course.

Health & Safety

 

Learn about health and safety when working with children and how this is applied in the modern world full of legalities. Understanding issues such as: rick assessments, DBS checks and child protection

Warm Ups & Cool Downs

 

Learn to make warming up and cooling down FUN! Including the very popular "Themed" warm ups and cool downs, plus how to make the activities key stage specific

Anatomy & Physiology

 

Learn about the key stages of a child development, including factors like growth spurts and how to adapt exercises and classes to ensure safety while still being fun

Class Structure

 

Learn to take all the information presented in the three previous modules to design safe, fun, key stage specific Boxercise for Kids classes
